Event Floral FAQs

Free pickup available from our studio at 413 Fourth Street, Annapolis MD 21403. Pickup times will be coordinated when orders are placed.
$20 Delivery to Annapolis addresses, rates increase outside beyond Annapolis.

While we always work diligently to get the flowers in your selected collection, we cannot guarantee floral selection, regardless of item descriptions. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, Fig & Flower reserves the right to substitute floral and vessel selections without notice if a product is not available. Floral selections may also be updated based on artistic preferences.

We ask that all adjustments to event orders be made 2 weeks in advance. We cannot guarantee changes made within 14 days of the event.

All cancellations must be confirmed no less than 14 days prior to your order delivery or pick up date. Any exceptions will incur a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of pick up/delivery date will not be accepted, and the customer will incur full charges with exception of the delivery fee.
